WHO WE ARE
The letters "WWA" represent the World Wrestling Alliance and the World Wrestling
Association. The WWA was started in 1920 and is one of the oldest wrestling federations. Currently
the WWA is owned and operated by Trellium Corporation Limited.
The WWA is an
integrated media and entertainment company, engaged in the development, production and marketing of
internet and television programming, pay-per-view programming and live events, and the licensing and sale
of branded consumer products featuring our highly successful WWA brand. WWA is headquartered in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada.
STAYING POWER
The WWA is involved in the sports entertainment business as well as assisting many wrestling schools and
federations. The WWA is being developed into one of the most popular forms of entertainment today.
OPERATIONS
The company is organized around four principal activities:
1 Live and Broadcasted Entertainment, which consists of live internet and closed circuit events,
internet and closed circuit pay-per-view programming. Revenues consist principally of sale of broadcast
and recorded video, sponsorships, domestic and international rights fees and per-per-view buys.
2 Live and Televised Entertainment, which consists of live events, television programming and
pay-per-view programming. Revenues consist principally of attendance at live events, sale of television
advertising inventory, sponsorships, domestic and international television rights fees and per-per-view buys.
3 Branded Merchandise, which consists of licensing and direct sale of merchandise. Revenues
include sales of consumer products through third party licensees, direct marketing, sales of
merchandise, magazines and home videos.
4 Investment Relations, which consists of licensing of WWA related retail outlets, cross promotions
with third parties, production of other media and sponsorships. Revenues include royalties, merchandise
sales, domestic and international fees and direct sales.
In addition, we are working to expand the mainstream potential of the WWA brand in domestic and international
markets, develop extension businesses off the WWA brand, fully develop our internet programs as an
entertainment and advertising platform, and develop new programming and sports entertainment brands that
leverage WWAs core competencies.
