The WWA - World Wrestling Alliance may decide to give some talent a tryout for the chance to earn a WWA contract. Like many entertainment companies, WWA receives unsolicited audition tapes from those seeking to become performers that may contain material which may be similar or the same as those developed by WWA or its staff or submitted by others. Therefore WWA cannot accept any such tapes unless theSubmission Release Letteris signed and sent with your tape submission.

All training sessions for WWA Tryouts are scheduled for 3-5 pm local time at the arenas or venues.

All talent which is invited to showcase their ability at such WWA Tryout is under the following terms and conditions:

1. Any such appearance of Talent at a WWA Tryout shall be at the sole expense of such Talent for their sole benefit.

2. The Talent hereby acknowledges and understands that no renumeration will be paid to the Talent for his/her appearance and performance at a WWA Tryout.

3. The Talent hereby releases any claim which he/she may have with respect to the WWA using any material provided by the Talent to the WWA, together with any media which the WWA may produce depicting the Talent in his/her performance during the WWA Tryout for any usage of all such media by the WWA at any time or for any broadcast or rebroadcast on any media.

4. The Talent hereby must submit the“Submission Release Letter”and mail such document, endorsed, to the address therein provided.
